Can-Am Dealer Services Yeti Tundra 110 Cooler Giveaway Raffle Rules
Eligibility:

• Participants must be existing Can-Am Dealer Services Registered Dealers.
• Participants must be following Bob Manor on both LinkedIn and Instagram.

• Eligible dealers are not automatically entered into the raffle. Must enter and follow
• No purchase necessary to enter or win.

• The prize is a Yeti Tundra 110 Cooler.
• There is no cash alternative or substitute for the prize.
• The prize is non-transferable.

• The winner will be randomly selected and announced on January 31, 2024.
• The announcement will be made on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• The winner will also be notified via email.

• The prize will be pre-paid by Can-Am and shipped directly to the winner's specified address (home or business) from Yeti.
• The winner must provide a valid shipping address where the prize can be delivered.

• By entering the raffle, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of Can-Am Dealer Services, which are final and binding in all respects.
• Can-Am Dealer Services is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.
• Can-Am Dealer Services reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the raffle should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Can-Am Dealer Services’ control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the raffle.
• Participants agree to release and hold harmless Can-Am Dealer Services and its representatives from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the raffle.

• Participants' information will be used in accordance with Can-Am Dealer Services’ privacy policy.

• The raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
