I first reached out to Bob a couple years ago when I heard that he was working on creating a disruptive US warranty product that could be used on Canadian vehicles. His Can-Am Warranty bailed us out of quite a few Wranglers and has since become an industry standard. I have made a conscience effort to follow Bob’s activities in wholesale and export to see what he has next up his sleeve. He is a well-respected leader in our industry and has often been referred to as “Coach” by his peers. Personally, I refer to him as Mr. Wholesale. There are some people in this industry that you just need to know…Bob is one of them
