Unpaid = Not scheduled.

• 0–24 hours: 100% refund
• After 24 hours: No refund

Pre-production begins immediately (identity prep, archetype work, backend build).

Foundation Build

(This is the full brand build-out following Polaris. Includes the double credit.)

• 0–48 hours after payment: 100% refund
